Rian at The Little Gym and Kids In Action!

Rian and I joined a Mommy's group called "Tree House Tots!" They have great play dates with the kids and girls night outs for the mommy's!

Our first get together was at Kids In Action. Rian had so much fun running, dancing climbing and playing with bubbles! There were probably 20 some kids there and Rian was a dancing queen, mainly by herself! LOL!! She would get those arms up in the air and wave them like she didn't care! HA! A future dancer in the making! She walked along a balance beam like she had done it a million times before! It was amazing! Rian really likes to play on her own, I think she is very independent. She also is a little impatient, as they are this age, but she didn't want to wait for the slide so she would slide down and then walk back up the slide, then slide down and so on! It was so funny!

A couple days later we went to The Little Gym which is similar but there is an instructor to teach ad show you and your kids how to spot them in gymnastics! It was great!! The instructor, Ms. Patty, during the mat play times would say, "Great job Rian", all the time and a mom in the group started giving me the evil eye! It was funny but sad at the same time! I guess some moms are very competitive!

Rian learned hoe to do her first somersault! When she flipped over she laid there for a second then started giggling! She loved it! I guess she needed a minute to think about what just happened! Rian also got to try out the bars, which she also liked!
